Shipping policy
We deliver our orders Using FedEx, UPS, USPS packages, to give you greater security in your delivery. Our handling time is 1 business day and the estimated time is 5-10 business days
Orders that have different addresses for billing and shipping address may be subject to review, in which the customer will be contacted. This may delay shipping time.
Lost or Stolen Packages – If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report the loss to us within 10 days of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an investigation with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to recover it. If it is determined to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
However, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to the incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
